This role offers a competitive hourly rate, generous commission, free flight time, staff discount structure & pension. You will be working for the undisputed global market leader in Indoor Skydiving, within a close-knit team of around 4-6 people, who help make i FLY the world class leisure experience we have become. You will be a vital member of i FLY’s customer service department, providing first rate customer service.

Locations: Manchester
The role: To provide ‘over the phone’ support and enquiry handling services to our customers. Using our booking system, you will be responsible for taking bookings, making flight amendments, up-selling flight experiences and generally being the main point of contact for our customers. As part of this role, you will also be involved with making proactive outbound service calls.
Requirements:
- Applicants should be used to working towards sales targets and be confident using booking/customer relationship management systems.
- Great telephony etiquette and be driven and motivated towards making sales.
- Retail or leisure experience and fantastic customer service skills.
- Experience within a call centre/sales team environment is beneficial.
- Outgoing, friendly and have the ability to work in a busy environment whilst remaining calm and in control at all times.
- Friendly disposition.
- Computer literacy and the ability to learn systems (such as a booking system).
