The role
You’ll be responsible for the smooth and safe day‑to‑day running of the site, ensuring operational excellence, high customer satisfaction, and strong team performance. Duties include:
- Overseeing rota planning, payroll, customer service, and site presentation
- Leading and mentoring team members, with regular appraisals and development planning
- Driving commercial performance, including upsells and promotions
- Assisting in recruitment, onboarding, and HR management
- Supporting the General Manager with strategic and operational leadership
- Managing site‑specific social media activity with support from our central marketing team
- Achieving and maintaining the IBA wind‑speed controller qualification
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask across operational, HR, and administrative responsibilities
- Experience managing or supervising teams in a hospitality, leisure, or retail setting is preferred
