The role

You’ll be responsible for the smooth and safe day‑to‑day running of the site, ensuring operational excellence, high customer satisfaction, and strong team performance. Duties include:

  • Overseeing rota planning, payroll, customer service, and site presentation
  • Leading and mentoring team members, with regular appraisals and development planning
  • Driving commercial performance, including upsells and promotions
  • Assisting in recruitment, onboarding, and HR management
  • Supporting the General Manager with strategic and operational leadership
  • Managing site‑specific social media activity with support from our central marketing team
  • Achieving and maintaining the IBA wind‑speed controller qualification

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask across operational, HR, and administrative responsibilities
  • Experience managing or supervising teams in a hospitality, leisure, or retail setting is preferred
