Our mobile hydraulic hose repair and replacement division is rapidly expanding, and we are looking for motivated and skilled technicians to join our team. We offer 24/7 on-site hydraulic hose repair, ensuring our clients' heavy machinery and equipment experience minimal downtime.

We are seeking an experienced Mobile Hydraulic Hose Technician to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing on-site hydraulic hose repair and replacement services to clients in industries such as construction, agriculture, mining, and material handling. You will troubleshoot hydraulic hose systems, fabricate hoses on-site, and ensure timely and professional service delivery to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • On-Site Hydraulic Hose Repair and Replacement: Travel to client locations to assess, diagnose, and repair or replace damaged hydraulic hoses on heavy machinery such as backhoes, forklifts, excavators, and more.
  • Hose Fabrication: Use mobile tools and equipment to cut, crimp, and assemble hydraulic hoses and fittings on-site based on the specific needs of the machinery.
  • Troubleshooting: Identify hydraulic hose issues quickly and accurately, recommend appropriate solutions, and complete repairs efficiently.
  • System Testing: After replacement, perform pressure testing to ensure the integrity of the hydraulic system and prevent future breakdowns.
  • Customer Interaction: Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients, explaining repairs, and providing preventive maintenance recommendations.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all services performed, including parts used, labor time, and any additional maintenance recommendations.
  • Preventative Maintenance: Advise customers on best practices for extending the life of their hydraulic hoses and minimizing future breakdowns.
  • Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment for both the technician and the customer.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in hydraulic systems, mechanical repair, or a related field.
  • Experience with heavy equipment and hydraulic hose systems is highly preferred.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot hydraulic systems and operate mobile hose crimping equipment.

  • Must be able to lift heavy equipment and parts, work in various weather conditions, and stand for long periods of time.
  • A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record are required, as this role involves significant travel to client sites.
