3 Months Contract (Outside IR35) Hybrid Working: 3 days in office: London (W1) and work from home.

We're looking for a Senior Systems Engineer who is experienced in migrating users and applications from SCCM / Co-Managed to Intune / Auto-pilot, Citrix XenApp to Citrix cloud. Hands-on experience in building and managing virtual desktops (pooled and dedicated).

Responsibilities:

  • Ownership and accountability for incidents and requests.
  • Strong expertise in Windows OS deployment and patch management.
  • Creating vanilla application packages with minimal customisations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve deployment issues, including device enrolment failures, hardware and software compatibility, application deployment problems, driver conflicts, and system configuration problems up to 3rd line support level.
  • Involvement in project activities, deployment of new applications, liaising with users and other technical support teams.
  • Oversee the end-to-end deployment of laptops using AutoPilot and Intune, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly onboarding experience.

Requirements:

  • Supporting Intune/Autopilot by managing, owning, and resolving incidents and requests.
  • Be a strong team player and collaborate with users and other technical teams efficiently.
  • Enrolling devices into Intune and configuring enrolment settings to streamline the onboarding process for new devices.
  • Maintain appropriate technical documentation related to Intune configurations, deployment processes, and troubleshooting procedures.
  • Providing support to end-users who have questions or encounter issues with their Intune-managed devices.
  • Proficient written and oral communication to liaise with colleagues, 3rd party partners, outsourcing suppliers.
