We're looking for a Senior Systems Engineer who is experienced in migrating users and applications from SCCM / Co-Managed to Intune / Auto-pilot, Citrix XenApp to Citrix cloud. Hands-on experience in building and managing virtual desktops (pooled and dedicated).
Responsibilities:
- Ownership and accountability for incidents and requests.
- Strong expertise in Windows OS deployment and patch management.
- Creating vanilla application packages with minimal customisations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve deployment issues, including device enrolment failures, hardware and software compatibility, application deployment problems, driver conflicts, and system configuration problems up to 3rd line support level.
- Involvement in project activities, deployment of new applications, liaising with users and other technical support teams.
- Oversee the end-to-end deployment of laptops using AutoPilot and Intune, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly onboarding experience.
Requirements:
- Supporting Intune/Autopilot by managing, owning, and resolving incidents and requests.
- Be a strong team player and collaborate with users and other technical teams efficiently.
- Enrolling devices into Intune and configuring enrolment settings to streamline the onboarding process for new devices.
- Maintain appropriate technical documentation related to Intune configurations, deployment processes, and troubleshooting procedures.
- Providing support to end-users who have questions or encounter issues with their Intune-managed devices.
- Proficient written and oral communication to liaise with colleagues, 3rd party partners, outsourcing suppliers.
