- What you'll be doing
- Designing, developing and maintaining cross-platform applications using Flutter and Dart.
- Building responsive, intuitive and high-performing user interfaces.
- Collaborating with Product, Design, QA and Backend Engineers to deliver new functionality.
- Writing clean, maintainable and well-tested code.
- Integrating applications with REST APIs and backend services.
- Taking part in sprint planning, code reviews and technical discussions.
- Identifying opportunities to improve performance, scalability and code quality.
- Contributing to engineering best practices, reusable components and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Supporting the evolution of the platform through new ideas and technical innovation.
What we're looking for
- Commercial experience developing applications with Flutter and Dart.
- Strong understanding of Flutter architecture, state management and responsive UI development.
- Experience integrating with REST APIs and backend services.
- Solid understanding of software engineering principles and Agile delivery.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
- Knowledge of mobile application deployment and release processes.
- Exposure to native Android or i OS development.
- Experience working with design systems, accessibility standards or reusable component libraries.
