A fast growing UK cybersecurity business is looking for a Service Delivery Manager to join a dedicated client team. You will take ownership of service performance across a key account, ensuring high quality delivery, strong client engagement, and continuous improvement. This is a hybrid role with one day per week in the London office.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end to end service delivery across a key client account
- Ensure SLAs and KPIs are met and clearly communicated
- Coordinate across SOC, engineering, and support teams
- Lead client service reviews, reporting, and escalations
- Drive continuous improvement and support onboarding of new services
Requirements
- 3+ years in IT or managed service delivery
- Strong experience managing SLAs and KPIs
- Excellent stakeholder and communication skills
- ITIL Foundation and experience with ITSM tools
- Ability to work in a fast paced, client facing environment
- SC clearance eligible
Nice to have
- Cybersecurity or SOC environment experience
- Exposure to SIEM/XDR or incident response
