IFGlobal is seeking an ambitious Warehouse Manager Designate to join our Bournemouth and Christchurch sites, supporting day-to-day operations and developing toward full site management in a busy 3PL warehouse.
You will supervise inbound, storage, picking, packing and despatch, plan labour to meet forecasts, monitor KPIs, uphold health and safety standards and coach Team Leaders to improve productivity and accuracy.
