As our operation continues to grow, we’re looking for a
Weekend Warehouse Supervisor to join our Operations team and help lead our expanding weekend operation.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to take the next step in their warehouse career, develop their leadership experience and grow with the business.
You’ll lead from the floor, supporting the team and taking ownership of the day-to-day operation to ensure we deliver safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
What you'll do
- Lead the day-to-day performance of the weekend warehouse team.
- Organise workloads and staffing to keep the operation running effectively.
- Support, coach and develop team members, including the induction of new starters.
- Hold regular team catch-ups, providing feedback and maintaining strong communication.
- Maintain high standards across Health & Safety, quality, PPE and housekeeping.
- Take ownership of operational issues as they arise, escalating where appropriate.
What we're looking for
- Previous warehouse or operational experience, ideally with some team leadership responsibility.
- A desire to develop your leadership skills and progress within a growing business.
- Confidence supporting, motivating and providing feedback to a team.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- The ability to prioritise, make decisions and adapt to changing operational demands.
- A proactive, hands‑on approach with a strong focus on quality and team performance.

Saturday and Sunday
Hours per week
- 16 hours
- 20 days holiday, increasing with service (pro rata for part time) + bank holidays
