IFGlobal is a fast-growing 3PL and fulfilment business with operations across the UK, USA, and Europe. With a brand-new, state-of-the-art warehouse at Aviation Park West, we’re scaling fast—and we want people who want to grow with us. We’re looking for a Reworks Lead to join our Hurn team and take ownership of day‑to‑day rework operations, ensuring quality, efficiency, and team performance.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading the rework team (including agency staff) to meet productivity and quality targets
- Overseeing repackaging, relabelling, and rebranding activities
- Coordinating stock updates with inventory and warehouse teams
- Monitoring processes and driving improvements
- Ensuring compliance with customer and quality standards
- Managing rework quotes and resource allocation in line with budgets
- Training and developing team members
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in a warehouse or fulfilment environment (supervisory experience preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and organisation skills
- Confident team leader with a proactive approach
- Good communication and problem‑solving ability
Working Pattern:
- 8-hour shifts on a rota across Sunday to Saturday
- 40 hours per week
- Hybrid – Hurn and Christchurch Office
