IFGlobal is a fast growing eCommerce fulfilment business with operations across the UK, USA, and Europe. With a brand new, state of the art warehouse at Aviation Park West, we are scaling fast, and we want people who want to grow with us.
We are looking for a Warehouse Operative in our Christchurch Warehouse to contribute to the efficient operation, by performing a variety of tasks including stock picking, order processing, dispatch, and maintaining stock accuracy, while adhering to health and safety standards.
The Role- Accurately pick stock using the latest handheld scanning technology
- Process customer orders efficiently, ensuring all specific requirements are met
- Dispatch orders in line with agreed specifications and delivery standards
- Maintain high levels of stock accuracy through careful handling and recording
- Adhere to all company processes, procedures, and operational standards
- Carry out any other duties as reasonably assigned
- Assist with loading and unloading deliveries when required
- Follow all health and safety guidelines and regulations, including the correct use of PPE and safe operation of equipment and machinery
- Work collaboratively as part of a team to ensure all operational SLAs are consistently achieved
- Support colleagues to maintain smooth and efficient warehouse operations
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure deadlines are met
- Maintain a clean, safe, and well organised working environment for you and your team
- Shows a proactive and can-do attitude, stepping in to help when needed
- Demonstrates strong awareness of health and safety, consistently acting responsibly and setting a good example
- Takes pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and care in the work area
- Displays a positive, reliable, and professional approach that contributes to a motivated team culture
