This hybrid role blends paid media, Account Based Marketing, SEO/AEO strategy and execution, and CRO. You’ll own campaigns end to end, optimise performance across international markets, and collaborate with teams across the business to ensure our marketing drives real impact. Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role located in Christchurch, UK, with flexibility for occasional work-from-home. The Performance Marketing Manager will drive marketing campaigns across various digital platforms, optimising strategies and achieving business objectives. Responsibilities include creating, executing, and analysing performance-driven marketing campaigns, configuring marketing technology platforms and optimising for website conversions, managing ad budgets, and generating actionable insights from campaign data. The role involves close collaboration with internal teams to enhance brand visibility, engage target audiences, and deliver measurable outcomes.

  • Own it - Take full responsibility for performance and impact: Plan, execute, and optimise paid media campaigns (LinkedIn, Google, Bing, etc.). Analyse performance, provide insights, and manage budgets to maximise ROI. Bring a data driven mindset and proactive approach to scaling campaigns.
  • Succeed together - Collaborate to drive team wide success: Work with Sales, Operations, VAS, and Communications to align messaging and goals. Conduct SEO/AEO audits and optimisations, including international search strategies. Share insights and recommendations to strengthen overall marketing performance.
  • Go above and beyond - Push boundaries to deliver bold, high impact campaigns: Develop and manage ABM campaigns targeting key B2B prospects. Stay ahead of digital marketing trends and implement innovative strategies. Take initiatives that improve processes, scale campaigns, and drive measurable growth.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in digital marketing and designing performance marketing campaigns and programmes.
  • Proficiency in tools and platforms like Google Ads, Bing, LinkedIn Ads, and analytics software.
  • Strong data analysis skills and experience in measuring ROI and optimising campaign performance.
  • Creativity in developing innovative campaigns and an understanding of audience targeting, particularly in relation to ABM (Account Based Marketing).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Proven organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • Experience in ecommerce or fulfilment industries is an advantage.
  • Experience utilising HubSpot is beneficial.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; certifications in digital marketing are a plus.

Working pattern

  • 40 hours per week
  • Monday to Friday
  • 08:30am-17:30pm
