IFGlobal is a growing eCommerce fulfilment business with operations across the UK, USA and Europe. Based from our offices in Hurn and Christchurch, we're continuing to grow and are looking for an experienced marketer to help take our commercial marketing to the next level. If you're someone who enjoys building campaigns that make a real impact, working closely with sales teams, and seeing your work translate into business growth, we'd love to hear from you.
The Role
As our Demand Generation & Growth Marketing Manager, you'll be responsible for creating and delivering marketing campaigns that generate demand, build our pipeline and support our commercial growth across the UK, Europe and the USA. Working closely with our Head of Marketing & Communications, Sales, Partnerships and Service Leads, you'll take ownership of campaigns from planning through to reporting. No two days will be the same – one day you could be launching a LinkedIn campaign, the next creating thought leadership content, improving lead nurture journeys in HubSpot or reviewing campaign performance to see what's working. This is a hands‑on role with plenty of variety and the opportunity to influence how we take our marketing forward.
What You'll Be Doing
- Planning and delivering integrated B2B marketing campaigns
- Driving lead generation and supporting pipeline growth
- Managing marketing automation and lead nurture activity in HubSpot
- Creating content that engages prospects and supports the sales team
- Running and optimising paid campaigns across Google and LinkedIn
- Supporting SEO and website improvements to increase enquiries
- Working closely with Sales to improve lead quality and conversion
- Analysing campaign performance and using data to improve results
- Identifying new opportunities, markets and campaign ideas that support business growth
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who enjoys both the creative and commercial side of marketing. You'll be comfortable getting stuck in, managing multiple projects and using data to make informed decisions. You’ll ideally have:
- Experience in a B2B demand generation or growth marketing role
- A track record of delivering successful marketing campaigns
- Experience using HubSpot or a similar CRM and marketing platform
- Knowledge of SEO, paid media and digital marketing
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- A commercial mindset and a genuine interest in helping grow the business
Experience within logistics, fulfilment, professional services or technology would be a bonus, but isn't essential.
Why Join IFGlobal?
This is a great opportunity to join a business that's growing internationally and investing in its marketing function. You’ll have the freedom to bring new ideas, work closely with senior stakeholders and make a real difference to the way we attract and win new business. As we continue to grow, there’ll also be plenty of opportunities to develop your career.
Package
- Salary: Up to £46k
- Hybrid working between our Christchurch and Hurn offices
- 23 days holiday, plus bank holidays
- Birthday off
- Employee Assistance Programme (EAP)
- Employee cashback scheme
