We’re IFGlobal, a growth fulfilment partner, working with ecommerce, retail, fulfilment, and supply chain brands that are scaling fast across the UK, Europe, and North America. We help our clients get fulfilment, logistics, and operations running smoothly behind the scenes — so they can focus on growing without the usual growing pains getting in the way.
As we continue to scale, we’re looking for a high-energy, commercially sharp BDR to help us open doors, spark conversations, and build meaningful pipeline across exciting, fast-moving brands. If you enjoy outbound, love talking to smart people in interesting businesses, and want to be part of something that’s genuinely growing, this is a great opportunity.
What you’ll be doing:
- Building and developing pipeline across UK, EU and US markets through structured outbound prospecting
- Engaging ecommerce, retail, fulfilment, and supply chain decision-makers
- Running thoughtful, multi-channel outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn, events, networking)
- Researching accounts properly to understand their fulfilment setup, operations, and growth stage
- Identifying commercial triggers like expansion, increased order volume, international growth, or fulfilment pressure
- Mapping organisations to find the right stakeholders and decision-makers
- Starting genuine conversations that uncover pain points and commercial opportunity
- Booking qualified meetings for the commercial team
- Working closely with Sales, Marketing, Account Management, and Leadership to shape outbound strategy
- Keeping CRM (HubSpot) accurate, up to date, and reliable
What we’re looking for:
- 3+ years’ experience in BDR, SDR or outbound B2B sales
- Confident speaking with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
- Proven ability to generate pipeline and consistently book meetings
- Strong communicator — clear, natural, and commercially aware
- Organised, disciplined, and strong on follow-up and pipeline management
- Experience using HubSpot or Salesforce
- Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Cognism, ZoomInfo or similar
Bonus if you’ve worked in ecommerce, logistics, fulfilment, warehousing, retail, SaaS or supply chain.
You’ll be joining a business that’s genuinely growing fast with real opportunity to help shape how we build pipeline and go to market. Exposure to UK, EU and US customers and markets with direct access to experienced commercial leadership. Clear progression into senior sales or account roles. Flexible / hybrid working - (minimum of 4 days on site). Competitive salary + comprehensive performance-based bonus.
We’re looking for someone who’s sharp, proactive, and enjoys turning conversations into opportunities.
