The product range of IFF’s Dairy Biosciences Sub Business Unit includes starter cultures (live microorganisms), protective cultures, probiotic cultures, dairy enzymes, yeasts and mold fungus cultures.
Where You’ll Make a Difference
- Lead and expand sales within specific, existing major dairy accounts in Ireland, focusing on long‑term relationship growth rather than transactional sales.
- Build and sustain multi‑level relationships across customer organizations, including international and multi‑site buying locations.
- Act as a trusted technical and commercial partner, aligning IFF’s Dairy Biosciences solutions with customer objectives and operational challenges.
- Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts (portfolio expansion, new applications, new sites) and convert them into sustainable business.
- Develop and execute account‑specific sales and growth plans, ensuring alignment with IFF’s H&B and Dairy Biosciences strategy.
- Drive customer projects end‑to‑end, coordinating internal stakeholders across Applications, R&D, Product Management, and Operations.
- Proactively monitor market and customer trends to strengthen IFF’s position as First Choice supplier in cultures and enzymes.
