Manage flavor development projects by creating and refining innovative food and beverage formulations. Coordinate technical development activities while aligning customer requirements with insights from the sales team. Support the end‑to‑end development process by maintaining accurate formulation records, evaluating prototypes, and contributing to cross‑functional collaboration within the Bakery, Bars & Confectionery design team.

- Manage flavor and formulation projects from concept through prototype delivery.
- Taste, evaluate, and benchmark laboratory prototypes and global market products.

- Maintain accurate formulation records and application documentation.
- Support technical coordination between innovation, sales, and production teams.
