This pivotal role serves the Taste division, where we craft unique, technology-enabled flavor designs that define the identity of food and beverage brands, shape trends in flavor building, and fuel market success.

The Internal Communications Lead will serve as the global head of Internal Communications for the Taste division, leading the strategy, execution, and continuous evolution of internal and executive communications. This role will act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, shaping divisional narratives and driving communication excellence that strengthens culture, engagement, and business performance. Be part of a strategic, dynamic, and results-driven team—together we drive meaningful impact. The role will be hybrid and can be based in the United States, Mexico, Latin America, or the United Kingdom.

Where You’ll Make a Difference

  • Lead the global internal communications strategy and editorial calendar, aligning topics and messaging with business priorities, culture initiatives, and external campaigns.
  • Develop and deliver divisional and leadership communications, including emails, intranet content, newsletters, and corporate communications.
  • Manage high-impact communications, including organizational updates, crisis communications, and transformation messaging across the Taste division.
  • Drive employee engagement by creating compelling content using varied formats (written, video, digital platforms) to increase reach and effectiveness.
  • Partner with senior leaders to shape narratives and thought leadership, including external-facing communications such as professional social media content.
  • Lead the planning and execution of global Town Halls, including content development and cross-functional coordination.
  • Analyze communication effectiveness using quantitative metrics (engagement, attendance, open rates) and qualitative feedback, and adjust strategy accordingly.
  • Develop and implement new initiatives to enhance organizational culture, leadership visibility, and employee connection.
  • Manage and develop one direct report, ensuring strong team performance and capability growth.

What Makes You The Right Fit

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, English, or a related field (or Bachelor of Science degree with demonstrated communication expertise).
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in communications roles, with progressive leadership responsibility.
  • Demonstrated experience developing and executing internal and executive communications strategies within complex, global organizations.
  • Strong ability to balance strategic thinking with detailed execution, managing multiple priorities effectively.
  • Expertise in stakeholder management, with the ability to influence and advise senior leadership.
  • Proven ability to lead high-visibility and sensitive communications, including organizational change initiatives.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong editorial judgment and storytelling ability.
  • Experience working in a matrixed, cross-functional environment.
  • Experience using communications and engagement platforms such as Poppulo, Microsoft Teams Live, Adobe Creative Suite, or Asana.
