We are looking for a detail‑oriented Shipping Administrator to support the daily operations of our logistics and supply chain activities. In this role, you will provide essential administrative and operational support for import/export processes, transportation coordination, documentation, cost monitoring, and reporting. You will play a key role in ensuring that products flow efficiently through storage, handling, distribution, and delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Logistics & Documentation
- Apply core principles of import and export processes.
- Communicate order information to brokers to ensure timely preparation of documentation and customer releases.
- Provide accurate delivery details to internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare and manage all required shipping and import documentation, including licenses.
- Request shipment of materials once available and ensure smooth coordination.
- Compliance & Process Management
- Receive and verify all shipment documents, resolving any discrepancies as needed.
- Support customs clearance processes.
- Track shipments throughout transport and confirm arrival at the warehouse.
- Work with the warehouse team on packaging/repackaging to meet customer requirements.
- Cost & Systems Administration
- Provide freight cost estimates within the organization for all shipments.
- Approve carrier/vendor invoices as the first‑level reviewer, ensuring alignment with actual costs.
- Create purchase requisitions for documentation and transportation expenses.
- Consolidate operational cost reporting and support budget monitoring.
- Quality, Safety & Continuous Improvement
- Follow all company policies and adhere to quality, safety, and environmental standards, including MS ISO 9001, GMP, HACCP, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the logistics area.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors.
Requirements
- Associate degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
- Certificate or formal training in Logistics & Supply Chain.
- 1+ year of experience in logistics, supply chain, or related operations.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office and experience with automated systems.
- Fluent business English communication skills.
- A collaborative, proactive, and team‑oriented mindset.
