Where You’ll Make a Difference
- Support building knowledge of specific market, customer environment, and customer activities, strategies, brands, markets, consumers via all available sources.
- Drive sustainable profitable sales and market share growth by identifying customers’ needs, opportunities, and risks.
- Build long‑term customer relationships, lead, and execute activities and deliver relevant solutions aligned with corporate strategy.
- Develop understanding of customer decision‑making criteria.
- Collaborate with colleagues to understand customer regulatory requirements/changes.
- Lead strategic commercial negotiations (annual pricing, payment terms, rebate/cost savings, supply agreements).
- Communicate account plan and engage with internal stakeholders.
- Manage reactive and proactive customers’ projects pipeline including country studies, consumer studies, etc.
