What You’ll Be Doing:
- You’ll act as the bridge between Finance and Operations, understanding what’s happening on the ground, yield, scrap, downtime, throughput, capacity, and translating it into meaningful financial insight.
- Support budgeting and forecasting, build stronger visibility around standard costing and variances, and help leadership understand the true impact of operational performance.
- Provide constructive challenge around cost control from an understanding of how a factory really runs.
- Support site performance reviews, evaluate investment decisions, and help drive continuous improvement in reporting and financial transparency.
- Strengthen structure, improve reporting quality, and shift time away from preparation toward analysis and action.
