We’re supporting a fast‑growing services organisation with the confidential recruitment of a Procurement Business Partner — a strategic role partnering with Product, Operations, and Commercial teams to shape supplier strategy, negotiate contracts, and drive continuous improvement. This role acts as the strategic interface between Procurement and Product, influencing sourcing decisions, supplier performance, and commercial outcomes.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • You’ll be the primary procurement contact for internal stakeholders, becoming a trusted commercial advisor and ensuring supplier solutions align with business needs, customer expectations, and margin targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with Product and Operations to translate business needs into sourcing strategies
  • Lead sourcing across multiple service categories
  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers
  • Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, and pricing structures
  • Develop strategic supplier partnerships
  • Analyse supplier spend and performance
  • Drive cost optimisation and value creation
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and margin improvement
  • Ensure robust contract management, compliance, and risk mitigation
  • Champion sustainability, ethical sourcing, and continuous improvement
