Head of Group Reporting

Head of Group Reporting | North Yorkshire (Hybrid) | £75k-£85k

We’re looking for a Head of Financial Reporting. This isn’t a “sit in a spreadsheet all day” job. It’s a real leadership role, owning the P&L and balance sheets, leading talented teams across the UK, and shaping the finance function in a fast-moving, ambitious, multi-site business.

What you’ll actually do:

• Lead and develop a team who are ready to grow
• Own monthly reporting, balance sheets and make them actually useful
• Support with the rollout of a new finance system
• Play a key role in acquisitions and integrations, helping new businesses land smoothly
• Shape the controls environment so it’s strong, practical, and fit for purpose

Who you are:

• Experienced with multi-site finance, accounting, and managing sizeable teams
• Confident signing off management and statutory accounts
• Curious, collaborative, and unafraid to challenge the status quo
• ACA, qualified, technically strong but people-focused you know it’s not just about the numbers
