IFES supports and connects students living out the gospel as witnesses in the university in more than 180 countries worldwide. To assist in this work, we are looking for a highly organised and proactive administrator who enjoys supporting people, managing a wide range of tasks, and ensuring that processes run smoothly. You will be someone who takes pride in delivering excellent administrative support, pays close attention to detail, and can manage competing priorities with confidence. Whether coordinating information, maintaining records, or supporting projects, you will bring a reliable and service-minded approach to your work.

As this role includes responsibility for supporting and developing e-learning content, we are seeking someone who is comfortable working with digital systems and has an interest in online learning. You do not need to be an instructional designer, but you should be confident learning new technology, following established templates, and helping to create engaging, accurate, and user-friendly e-learning resources.

SALARY Band H (27,436 - £28,764)

CONTRACT Fixed term 3 years

LOCATION Oxford/Hybrid (60% office based)

PENSION Flexible and hybrid working options; 10% employer pension contribution; life insurance; generous annual leave allowance.

The successful candidate will be a highly organised administrator with exceptional attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication skills. You will enjoy coordinating multiple responsibilities, maintaining high standards of accuracy, and providing excellent support to colleagues and stakeholders. We are looking for a confident communicator who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys working with people from a wide range of cultures and backgrounds. You will be proactive, adaptable, and able to manage your workload effectively, whether working independently or as part of a team.

A commitment to excellent service, a willingness to learn new systems and skills, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism are essential. Above all, you will be enthusiastic about contributing to the ministry and mission of IFES. Bringing a positive attitude, administrative excellence, and a passion for serving others, you will play an important role in supporting the International Services team and helping to develop high-quality e-learning resources that equip and encourage colleagues around the world.
