This is a Talent Acquisition role dedicated to identifying, assessing, and activating therapist contractors for our global network. You will review applications, manage therapist candidates through our recruitment funnel, and oversee their digital onboarding and training all asynchronously, all inside our internal platforms, and without direct candidate interaction.
What You’ll Do
- Review applications from licensed psychologists and mental health professionals
- Assess qualifications (licensure, clinical experience, languages, compliance) based on predefined criteria
- Tag, organize, and manage candidates in the ATS
- Make advancement decisions through the TA funnel
- Curate therapist talent pools in multiple geographies
- Digital Onboarding Management
- Trigger onboarding steps inside the ifeel app
- Verify documents, licenses, identity validation, and professional information
- Track progress and update statuses at each onboarding stage
- Ensure all compliance requirements are met
- Training Activation
- Assign mandatory online training modules
- Monitor therapist progress
- Confirm all criteria are completed prior to network activation
- Flag issues to the TA Lead as needed
Requirements
- Fluent Spanish (C1/C2)
- Fluent English (C1/C2)
- At least one additional language (Portuguese, French, Italian, German, Dutch, or similar)
- Experience in Talent Acquisition, recruitment operations, or HR
- Comfortable evaluating CVs and identifying clinical licensing/experience
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes
- Familiarity with ATS tools or digital workflow systems
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage fluctuating workloads
- Sector familiarity (mental health, healthcare, digital health, therapy networks, or clinical settings) is strongly preferred
