The role of Reception and Administrative Support Specialist is to support the Bank in providing reception services, office management (including facilities) and accounts payable support.This is a fully office-based role, with an expectation of 5 days per week on-site.Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:Reception Logging visitors internally and with building reception, booking meeting rooms.Maintaining security requirementsWelcoming visitors, providing refreshmentsResponding to calls and emails, forwarding to colleaguesCollecting and distributing mail, organizing couriers and mail outOffice Management Organise reception, kitchen, stockroom, stationery/printing roomEnsure kitchen and stationery/printing are stockedBook travel and hotel accommodationCo-ordinate with building managementCo-ordinate with external contractorsAssist with health and safety activitiesAccounts Payable Log invoices receivedObtain authorisation to pay in accordance with authorities matrixEnsure new suppliers are checkedQualifications A Level and GCSE Level gradesStrong organisational skills.Excellent communication skillsAbility to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Proactively manage your day-to-day activities ensuring that the appropriate policies and procedures are adhered to.The job holder is responsible for keeping all client records including their financial data and personal information secure, in accordance with The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).Benefits competitive salary package based on experience25 daysβ holiday , plus bank holidaysCompany pension scheme with 4% employer contributionPrivate healthcare coverContinuous learning and development supportFree on-site gym access
