The Product Success Executive (PSE) supports the Head of Lending & Correspondent Banking. The role combines product and relationship management responsibilities and works with Digital Personal Banking, Business Banking, EzRemit, Credit Risk, Legal, Compliance and other relevant departments to support management of existing lending products, preparation for new product launches (including market research, onboarding and other documentation), coordination with Project Manager and stakeholders, testing, and preparation of internal and external marketing materials. The role involves monitoring compliance with Consumer Duty requirements, conducting post-implementation reviews and ongoing performance monitoring and analysis. The role may include other work within Lending and Correspondent Banking as required by the bank.
Main Duties
- Market research and competition benchmarking: conduct a comprehensive assessment of competitors' customer value proposition using public information and existing customer feedback; prepare updates for relevant committees.
- Product performance monitoring, analysis, and management information: monitor product performance through existing reports; contribute to reporting enhancements and development of analytics with IT teams; prepare inputs for executive committee packs.
- Supporting product implementation and testing: participate in Project Working Group for relevant products; assist in identifying and formulating user requirements; coordinate with project management and departments to ensure timely progress; participate in user acceptance testing and follow up on remediation actions.
- Business performance and risk monitoring and reporting: monitor business and risk reports and collaborate with Bank and Group stakeholders to manage risks; prepare standard and ad hoc MI inputs for committee packs.
- Correspondent banking: support onboarding by completing and collecting documentation and obtaining Compliance sign-off; prepare internal materials for authorities/committees; participate in client calls and track follow-up actions.
- Policies, Procedures and Methodologies: contribute to creation and updates of policies related to lending products and correspondent banking; maintain policy inventories and ensure timely updates.
- Other Ad Hoc and Permanent Assignments: perform other duties within and outside Lending & Correspondent Banking as required.
- Effective time management & collaboration: support new initiatives, maintain day-to-day activities in a fast-moving, customer-centric environment; understand product and client requirements across departments; collaborate with colleagues and wider group; meet deadlines.
- Conduct & Consumer Duty: adhere to conduct rules; comply with bank policies and procedures; complete trainings on time; apply Consumer Duty considerations to all products and activities.

- Internal: Business units, Credit risk, Treasury, Compliance, Regulatory Reporting, Finance, and other Group entities across geographies and time zones.
- External: External customers, counterparties, data and solution providers.

Working Conditions
37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Flexible working arrangement with minimum 60% in the office. During the probation period, 100% in-office attendance is expected.

Qualifications & Experience
- Circa 1-2 years of working experience in banking, non-bank financial institutions or fintech
- Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in business, finance, marketing or a quantitative subject
- Experience with new product launches and/or project management is a plus
- Analytical, research and problem-solving skills
- Basic knowledge of Know-Your-Customer requirements in financial services
- Understanding of financial reports
- Structured, detail-oriented, with high attention to detail; able to work with minimal supervision
