Package & Benefits
- £50,000 - £60,000 basic salary (depending on experience) with annual pay reviews
- Discretionary bonus paid biannually in June and December

About the role
We're looking for an experienced paraplanner to become the technical lead within our growing independent financial planning business.
Working with high-net-worth clients whose average invested assets are c. £1 million, you'll take ownership of suitability reports, technical research and advice quality, helping to shape the future of our paraplanning function.
This is a genuine opportunity to focus on quality rather than volume, with the time, trust and autonomy to think carefully, challenge constructively and ensure clients receive well-considered advice.
Working closely with our advisers and directors, you'll help refine processes, introduce new technologies and AI-driven efficiencies, and play an important role in how the business evolves.
