Serco Limited is seeking an Aircraft Engineering Supervisor (Mechanical) for Merlin at RNAS Culdrose, Helston TR12 7RH. The role offers a competitive salary with excellent benefits, working 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday, day shifts.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in an airworthiness environment relevant to Merlin aircraft
  • Ability to hold or currently hold a Certificate of Competency for Supervisory level
  • Knowledge of Merlin Aircraft Engineering, Aircraft Systems, Servicing and Support Equipment, Lean Operating Procedures, Naval Air Publications, CIETP, Health and Safety, COSHH Regulations, Tool Control, and Quality Practices
  • Understanding of Engineering and Asset Management Systems
  • Completion of or ability to complete a Maintenance Human Factors Course
