Responsibilities
- IT and administrative duties specific to the crime reporting platform
- Review and keep the incident feed up to date on the crime reporting platform
- Retrieve and review the CCTV footage of the incident and the time documented by the Store Manager
- Upload to the crime reporting platform the CCTV and still images of the perpetrator
- Reporting incidents to the police force regarding repeat offenders
- Manage communication between police forces and crimes reported. Submit relevant forms/statements to the police
- Answer telephone for police force representatives and deal with queries
- Keep track of any prosecutions/successes
- Adhere to Company policies and procedures
Experience and Qualifications
- IT literate, competent in Microsoft packages
- Experience of using computer systems
- Experience working in retail, security, or administrative customer service roles
- Experience of working within a small team
- The business will support you to attain your SIA Card
- Use of telephone systems as a form of communication
