We are seeking a Technical Product Manager to own and evolve our Operational Technology (OT) cloud technology platforms that enable the delivery of digital services to internal and external customers. This is technically strategic and platform-focused with direct commercial impact through enabling secure, scalable, and reliable service offerings. The scope includes OT KPI dashboards, remote access portals, and supporting cloud infrastructure and services such as licensing and digital permit‑to‑work web portals. You will be responsible for the product vision, roadmap, and lifecycle, working closely with engineering, architecture, cybersecurity, and service teams to deliver compliant, user‑centric cloud capabilities aligned with GE Vernova’s Power Conversion & Storage businesses.

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Strategy and Roadmap - Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for OT cloud applications, aligned with services and Automation & Control (A&C) strategy. Own the cloud infrastructure and platform strategy, with a strong emphasis on cybersecurity, availability, scalability, and data sovereignty. Develop and maintain a multi-generational product plan for cloud applications and enabling services. Ensure alignment with applicable industry standards, trade compliance requirements, and data privacy regulations (e.g., EU GDPR). Define and track KPIs related to platform performance, reliability, adoption, and customer value.
  • Product Development and Delivery - Define clear product requirements, use cases, and specifications in collaboration with business and technical stakeholders. Partner closely with engineering teams to ensure solutions are delivered to agreed scope, quality, and timelines. Collaborate with the Asset Performance Management (APM) Application Product Manager to ensure end‑to‑end solution coherence and a unified customer experience. Lead UI/UX improvements by defining expectations and requirements, supported by competitive analysis and market insight. Ensure solutions comply with relevant IT and OT regulations, standards, and cybersecurity requirements.
  • Customer and Stakeholder Engagement - Engage with customers, industry partners, and internal stakeholders to capture voice of customer and inform roadmap prioritization. Support sales and marketing teams by providing technical product input into positioning, pricing models, and go‑to‑market activities for external‑facing solutions. Commercialise cloud‑based services to enable long‑term service agreements and increase SaaS revenue. Provide technical guidance, training, and contribution to product documentation.

Qualifications and Skills Required

  • Experience in product management for industrial, OT, or cloud-based technology platforms.
  • Strong understanding of cloud architectures, cloud security and service‑oriented platforms.
  • High attention to UI/UX quality with strong customer empathy and the ability to articulate what constitutes a high‑quality user experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical teams and senior stakeholders.
  • Desired degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
  • Experience with AI/ML platforms or infrastructure.
  • Knowledge of edge computing, fog computing, cloud integration, and hybrid deployment models.
  • Cloud certifications (AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud).
  • Familiarity with OT cybersecurity standards such as IEC 62443, NIST SP 800 series, NERC CIP, and the EU Cyber Resilience Act (CRA).

Benefits and Compensation

  • Competitive compensation and a flexible benefits package, including employer pension contribution, income protection, private health insurance, and life assurance (benefits may vary by location).
  • 26 days’ annual leave plus bank/public holidays.
