Responsible for the operational execution of the Industrial Portfolio within Power Conversion & Storage NEU. Various large projects in a variety of different industrial applications locally and globally, with a strong interface with customers and managing the Project Management team for new equipment.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Senior leader within North Europe PCS, key member of the extended leadership team supporting the region to achieve P&L targets.
  • Provide strategic direction, commercial growth, and ensure operating mechanisms are in place while building organizational capabilities to improve business performance.
  • Properly execute a large portfolio of local and international Industrial projects with a particular focus on new equipment.
  • Support the region to implement an organization with world class standards, driving high customer satisfaction and strong safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance.
  • Attract and retain talent, manage medium sized teams, and develop expertise within the function.
  • Grow the business area and discover new opportunities, working side‑by‑side with the sales department.
  • Coordinate with the PMO to enhance project management and proper execution of projects – risk assessments, project costs, planning, and document control.

Required Qualifications

  • Track record of strong business acumen and project execution.
  • Experience with a variety of customers and contractual negotiations.
  • Demonstrable experience in business growth and new product development.
  • Deep business knowledge and experience running a P&L.
  • Ability to influence in a matrix and drive change.
  • Clear thinking and sound decision‑making skills.
  • High resilience and ability to cope under pressure.
  • Acceptance and adherence to high ethical, moral and personal values.
