Graduate Engineering Training Programme (GETP)
- Duration: 24 months, featuring four 6-month rotations.
- Accreditation: IET accredited programme.
- Community: Network with fellow graduates and placement students. Benefit from the ‘Buddy’ programme for guidance from current graduates.
- Development: Access mentorship, professional registration support, and specialized training.

Candidate Requirements
- Education: 2:1 degree in electrical/electronic engineering, systems engineering, communications engineering, robotic/mechatronic engineering or related fields.
- Skills: Passion for problem-solving in engineering and technology.
- Eligibility: Unrestricted, permanent work authorization for the UK (no visa sponsorship) and ability to achieve Security Cleared clearance level from UK Security Vetting.
