We’re recruiting for a Manufacturing Engineer to join our Power Distribution team and help bring products from design into reliable, efficient production. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys solving problems, working closely with operators and engineers, and finding better ways to build high‑quality hardware. You’ll support day‑to‑day manufacturing, improve processes, help introduce new products and design changes, and play a key role in keeping production moving safely, smoothly, and on time.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for designated overall process controls within our Manufacturing processes.
  • Define and control production processes including tooling and equipment.
  • Validate design specifications and shop floor application of new product, tools, or equipment.
  • Drive accountability through daily/weekly operating rhythms to ensure ME driven tasks are completed in line with production requirements.
  • Evaluate quality control processes and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Design and NPI reviews with NPI into current manufacturing processes.
  • Analyse and report on production processes, methods, schedules, downtime, cycle times, availability of machines and waste management.
  • Key stakeholder during new equipment selection in line with process and industry best practice (CAPEX Approvals).
  • Ensure that the organisation’s manufacturing processes comply with relevant policies and regulations.
  • Coordinating maintenance and repair services to keep production equipment operational.
  • Identify and evaluate improvement opportunities.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college or minimum 5 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to programme manufacturing equipment.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage project/challenging workloads.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated problem solving capabilities.
