As the Distribution & Controls Business Leader you will develop and execute long‑term strategies that align with GE Aerospace’s vision for advancing electric power distribution and controls technologies, including high‑voltage distribution networks and interface and control system. Set clear priorities and objectives for the Cheltenham‑based business, ensuring alignment across engineering, manufacturing, and commercial functions to support, for example, More Electric Aircraft (MEA) and hybrid‑electric propulsion initiatives. Continuously assess market dynamics, customer requirements, and industry trends to determine what game we play and how we win at a business level. Drive strategic execution, enacting win themes through market focused collaboration, opportunities for innovation, growth, and risk mitigation. Champion operational excellence by implementing lean principles, optimizing processes, and leveraging data‑driven decision‑making to improve efficiency and reliability. Eligibility Requirements
