Job Description Summary
As the Business Operations Lead, you’ll work closely with teams across the business, especially with Business Operations Leaders in Programmes and Engineering, to support Value Stream Leaders in driving operational excellence, improving processes, and achieving our shared goals.
You’ll play a key role in ensuring our matrix organisational structure stays aligned with our core strategy, while serving as the main connection between the operations team and the Performance & Strategy team. In this role, you’ll oversee target achievement, manage business activities within the value stream, and contribute to strategic planning and process improvements to help us work smarter and more efficiently.

Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities

Supports with analysis of performance, problem solving coaching and linkages to the supply chain business plans across the organisation .

Assists the Operations Leaders with their reporting to the satisfaction and requirements of the Value Stream Leaders ( VSL) and Head of Operations Business Ops

At value stream level, proactively identifies opportunity and facilitates improvement projects across S,EHS , Q,D , I,P

Collaborates closely with the Site FLIGHT DECK team and supports the Value Stream teams achieve compliance to standard, clearly evidencing a robust application of lean tools and continuous improvement

Work closely with VSL to drive activity to ensure target achievement through daily management, clear line of sight to performance management and to the business plan and strategy for the value stream.

Reporting to the Head of Operations Business Ops , will ensure alignment to the centrally defined manufacturing and business strategy & direction.

Required Qualifications

Significant experience in Manufacturing & Operation s management.

Knowledge level is comparable to a Masters degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma with relevant experience)
