Inspire Education Trust’s Hearsall School in Coventry is seeking two Behaviour Mentors to support pupils with SEMH needs and promote positive behaviour and inclusion. You will work under the Pastoral Lead, SLT and SENDCO to help pupils develop resilience, engage in learning and reach their potential.
We require KS2 teaching ability, willingness to support Adaptive Provisions, and a commitment to safeguarding. A DBS check and safeguarding training are expected.
