We are currently recruiting Scaffolders and Advanced Scaffolders to join our experienced site delivery teams. You will support a range of utility and infrastructure projects, ensuring scaffolding works are erected, altered, and dismantled safely and compliantly to support construction and maintenance activities.
Key Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Erect, modify, and dismantle scaffolding systems in line with TG20 and company procedures
- Ensure all works comply with health & safety regulations and IES standards
- Carry out pre‑use checks and routine scaffold inspections
- Work collaboratively with site supervisors, engineers, and multi‑disciplinary teams
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping and site safety
- For Advanced Scaffolders: lead complex scaffolding structures and provide guidance to junior scaffolders
Essential Skills & Experience:
- For Scaffolders: CISRS Scaffolder Card, Experience working on industrial, utilities, or infrastructure projects, Strong understanding of safe systems of work, Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- For Advanced Scaffolders: CISRS Advanced Scaffolder Card, Proven experience with complex and bespoke scaffold structures, Ability to interpret scaffold design drawings, Leadership experience on site (desirable)
- For both: Commitment to safety, quality, and compliance, Full UK driving licence preferred, Eligible to work in the UK
