About the Role
This is a site‑based Quantity Surveyor position working within a major hazards environment on the above 7‑bar Gas Transmission (NTS) network. - Project & Commercial Delivery: Support the delivery of maintenance and construction works on live NTS assets. Attend and contribute to site‑based meetings providing commercial guidance. Manage subcontractor procurement, measurement, payment applications and account close‑out. Ensure commercial discipline across all workstreams, minimising WIP and improving cash position.
- Client Collaboration: Work closely with client‑side teams at St Fergus, supporting cost assurance and contract reporting. Prepare evidence‑based submissions for change, cost reviews and audits.
