IES Utilities Group is seeking a Pre-Construction Project Manager – Gas Division to lead bid input, design and mobilisation across framework contracts. You will coordinate with estimating, commercial and delivery teams to prepare competitive proposals and ensure smooth handover to delivery.

The role requires strong engineering and construction management experience, familiarity with FEED and Detailed Design, NEC3/NEC4 governance, and the ability to manage multiple projects under pressure.
