The Role We are seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) – Arabic Speaker to join our growing team. This role will have a primary focus on the Middle East market , engaging with potential clients across the region to generate new business opportunities. You’ll be at the forefront of our sales funnel by identifying, qualifying, and booking meetings with key decision-makers for our Business Development Managers (BDMs). Your work will directly contribute to expanding IES’s presence and impact in the Middle East. Key Responsibilities Conduct outbound outreach (email, phone, LinkedIn) to generate interest in IES solutions across the Middle East. Collaborate closely with the EMEA Sales Team to align outreach strategies and follow-up activities. Research target companies and decision-makers in the Middle East using platforms such as ZoomInfo. Qualify leads based on authority, need, and timing. Schedule discovery and qualification calls for the Business Development team. Follow up on marketing campaigns, webinars, and other initiatives tailored to the Middle East. Maintain accurate records and lead workflows in Salesforce CRM. Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding targets and KPIs. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience using Salesforce CRM. Strong communication skills and confidence in outreach via phone, email, and video calls. Fluency in Arabic. Familiarity with LinkedIn for professional networking and outreach. Desirable Experience in software sales or the built environment. Experience selling in the Architecture, Engineering
