Responsibilities:

  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Train or arrange training for staff.
  • Oversee safety of operations.
  • Set up machines and equipment.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies.
  • Supervise, coordinate and schedule activities of workers (and possibly review).
  • Recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
