Group CFO | London | Entrepreneurial Family Office
Every so often a role comes along that's genuinely different. This is one of them.
This isn't simply about filling a vacancy. It's about finding the right person for a unique opportunity.
This is a London-based Group CFO role within an entrepreneurial Family Office with a diverse portfolio of businesses across the UK, USA and Africa.
It's an opportunity to help shape, grow and strengthen businesses, not simply oversee the finance function.
Whilst the role is highly commercial, it's equally important that you enjoy the fundamentals of finance.
Financial reporting, income statements, balance sheets, P&L, cashflow and building a high-performing finance team are central to the role.
The successful individual will be just as comfortable rolling up their sleeves and getting into the detail as they are contributing at Board level, partnering with business leaders, challenging thinking and helping drive long-term growth.
The role is suited to a qualified CFO (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with experience in entrepreneurial, privately owned or founder‑led businesses, who enjoys making a genuine impact rather than simply reporting the numbers.
If this resonates with you, I'd welcome a confidential conversation. Equally, if someone comes to mind who would be a great fit, I'd really appreciate you sharing this post.
We believe diverse teams make better businesses and welcome applications from people of all backgrounds.
Every application will be considered on merit, skills, experience and potential.
