We are looking for a person to join a fullâtime position in London, UK. Your role as Program Manager will involve:
- Increase overall awareness of IE Undergraduate programs in the UK and Ireland region
- Plan, manage & implement business development and commercial activities for the region to promote IE's Undergraduate programs
- Participate in appropriate recruitment and enrollment activities, including fairs, school visits, presentations, information sessions, etc.
- Increase the number of interested candidates in IE, thereby developing a healthy and steady pipeline of candidates
- Benchmark competitors focusing mainly on their commercial activities and programs
To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's and Master's degrees
- Proficiency in English is fundamental
- Legal authorization to work in the UK is required
- Experience in an international environment
- Intellectual curiosity, openâminded, and creative
- Great communication skills, entrepreneurial spirit, and commercial drive
- Strong teamwork capability and a positive customerâoriented style
- Analytical and numerical skills
- Solutionâoriented and a positive/canâdo attitude
- Availability to travel across the region
