The Role
Working within a team of 5 people, you'll work closely with the Executive Director to support clients across 20+ markets, combining deep, hands‑on expertise in Paid Social and Programmatic with a data‑driven approach to deliver impactful results at scale.
You’ll lead platform strategy and execution developing cross‑channel strategies, craft compelling client narratives, and drive measurable business outcomes across a diverse range of industries and markets.
What You’ll Be Doing
Strategic Execution (50%)
- Multi‑Platform Ownership: Lead the end‑to‑end strategy, setup and optimisation for complex accounts, moving beyond "awareness" into full‑funnel execution.
- Performance Benchmarking: Manage campaign pacing and budget oversight while hitting client KPIs through proactive tactical adjustments.
- Ad Psychology: Partner with creative teams to brief and test ad formats informed by buyer psychology and AI‑driven use cases, rather than relying solely on platform best practices.
Strategic Agility & Systems (50%)
- Strategy: Reframe performance narratives and adjust plans when external factors or platform changes shift trends.
- Cross‑Channel: Conduct analyses between Programmatic and Social to identify overlaps and untapped opportunities.
- Storytelling: Translate complex metrics into executive level insights that explain the "why" and define the next move.
- Systems: Work within and improve standardised frameworks to ensure scalability and team wide consistency.
About You
- Strong hands‑on experience across paid media channels, with deep expertise in paid social and programmatic.
- Proven ability to use data, insights and AI tools to improve performance and productivity.
- Strategic, analytical thinker with a data‑driven approach to problem‑solving.
- Self‑starter with strong initiative and a track record of identifying and acting on opportunities.
- Genuine interest in how AI is transforming performance marketing.
- Strong understanding of emerging trends in data, technology and digital discovery.
- Excellent communication and client‑facing skills.
- Experience in SEO and Answer Engine Optimisation (AEO) is a plus.
