The Role
The Head of FP&A is a hands-on leadership role combining strategic commercial partnering with strong analytical rigour. You'll lead the FP&A function while overseeing Bid Management, ensuring the business has the insight, reporting and commercial governance needed to drive performance and support continued growth.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead the global FP&A function, delivering accurate budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning.
- Develop insightful management reporting, KPIs and executive dashboards to support strategic decision-making.
- Partner with business leaders to improve financial performance and accountability across all regions.
- Drive improvements to forecasting accuracy, profitability analysis and financial modelling.
- Produce Board, Executive and Investor reporting packs with clear commercial insight.
- Support strategic initiatives including acquisitions, business integration and investment decisions.
Commercial Finance
- Lead the Commercial Finance function, providing financial support across client profitability, pricing strategy and revenue performance.
- Partner with commercial leaders to maximise gross margin and improve commercial outcomes.
- Deliver analysis on revenue trends, utilisation, pricing and client profitability.
- Develop financial models to support new commercial initiatives and growth opportunities.
Bid Management
- Oversee the Bid Management function, ensuring robust financial governance across proposals and commercial submissions.
- Review commercial terms, pricing structures and profitability of major bids.
- Support strategic client opportunities with financial modelling and commercial recommendations.
- Improve bid approval processes and commercial risk management.
Leadership
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration and commercial thinking.
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders across international offices.
- Support organisational transformation and operational excellence initiatives.
