The Gig

In this role, you\’ll focus primarily on driving revenue growth through our existing customer base across the UK, US, and Europe. You\’ll identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, introduce clients to our full suite of services and products, and build strong relationships that lead to long-term customer satisfaction and business growth. This position combines sales drive with relationship-building skills to create value for both our clients and IDX.

What You\’ll Be Doing

Relationship Building & Account Management

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients, acting as a trusted point of contact
  • Identify and develop new contacts within client organisations to expand IDX\’s presence and opportunities
  • Conduct regular check-ins with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify potential opportunities
  • Address client inquiries and concerns promptly, coordinating with internal teams as needed
  • Support contract renewal processes and help maintain strong customer retention
  • Sales & Revenue Expansion

  • Identify and develop opportunities to expand relationships within existing client accounts through thoughtful upsell and cross-sell initiatives
  • Introduce and demonstrate IDX’s services and products in a consultative manner, clearly linking solutions to client priorities
  • Prepare clear, client-focused proposals and presentations that align IDX’s offerings with the clients’ business goals
  • Contribute to revenue growth and retention by delivering value-led account management and achieving agreed commercial objectives
  • Meet and exceed individual sales targets and revenue goals
  • Collaboration & Execution

  • Work closely with internal teams (Strategy, Design, Product and Webcasting) to deliver solutions that meet client needs
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, opportunities, and sales activities in CRM systems
  • Track and report on sales performance, pipeline development, and account health
  • Stay informed about digital trends and IDX\’s evolving service offerings
  • About You

  • 2-3 years of experience in a sales, account management, or client-sales role
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and maintain client satisfaction
  • Proven sales skills with a track record of identifying opportunities and closing deals
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with confidence in presenting to clients
  • Self-motivated and target-driven with a hunger to succeed and grow
  • Ability to understand client needs and translate them into appropriate solutions
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (, MS Dynamics, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite
