The Role

We’re looking for a Brand and Communications Designer to join our London-based Design team. You will collaborate closely with our Global Chief Creative Officer and Brand Design Lead to design and deliver high-quality, impactful communications across a variety of channels.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Visual identity design: Support the team from brief through to delivery across branding projects. This includes developing new visual identity systems and applying existing ones to campaigns and marketing collateral.
  • Presentation design: Create high-end, visually compelling presentations and templates across multiple formats, particularly in Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Contribute to the design and development of websites, working alongside other designers and developers.

About You

  • At least 4 years’ experience working as a designer, ideally within an agency environment.
  • A strong track record in developing visual identity systems, including typography, colour palettes, graphic elements, and photography styles.
  • Proven ability to apply visual identities consistently across a range of collateral.
  • Solid experience in designing engaging and effective presentations.
  • Confident in preparing artwork for final delivery across various formats.
  • A high level of proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Figma is desirable, but not essential.
  • A genuine interest in branding and design.
  • Ambition to grow and refine your craft – particularly in the area of visual identity.
