Location: Salisbury, Wiltshire
Hourly Rate: £12.21 - £12.71 from April
Contract type: Fixed Term Contract up until 31st May 2026, with potential for longer term. Full Time.
Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 7am - 3pm, Friday 7am - 2.30pm
About the role
As part of our South Wiltshire team in Salisbury, you will keep highways and verges in the local community in wonderful condition. We are dedicated to maintaining clean and safe public spaces for our community where our team plays a vital role in enhancing the environment through litter picking, maintaining records of levels of litter before and after our work, and ensuring safety of the public through traffic management signage.

Requirements
- Previous working experience in litter picking is essential.
- Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Can-do attitude and safety-conscious mindset.
- Willingness to learn and work well in a team.
- A full valid UK driving licence.
- Traffic Management qualifications such as TTMBC and 12D (M1+M2) are an advantage, however training will be provided to the successful candidate (subject to completion of the FTC and signing of a Training Agreement).
