idverde is seeking a Grounds Maintenance Team Leader for our Housebuilding team in Northampton. You will supervise grass cutting, strimming, hedge pruning, flower bed maintenance, spraying and related tasks while leading a small team of operatives.
The role is permanent, full-time, 42.5 hours per week (Mon-Fri), with seasonal shift hours 6:30am–4:30pm, and an hourly rate of £14.80–£15.10 depending on experience.
