Hourly Rate: £13.85-£14.45

About the role
We currently require multiple skilled Grounds Maintenance Operatives to join a high profile client team in London. You will keep several local grounds in a wonderful condition through grass cutting, strimming, hedge pruning, flower bed maintenance, spraying, and more. This is a great opportunity to develop your skills, gain valuable experience, and grow with us in a friendly and encouraging environment.
Please note, employment on this contract is dependent on being able to obtain the necessary security clearance. This process can take several months due to the nature of the vetting process, but you will be supported through the clearance process by idverde and will have the opportunity to join another local contract as a Grounds Maintenance Operative, on a project basis in the meantime.
Responsibilities
- Perform grounds maintenance tasks including grass cutting, strimming, hedge pruning, flower bed maintenance, spraying, and related duties provided by the client.
Requirements
- Can-do attitude and safety-conscious mindset.
- Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Previous Grounds Maintenance experience is required.
- A full, clean UK driving licence is essential.
- You must be able to provide 5 years work history and proof of address in the UK for the last 3 years, in order to obtain the required security clearance for the high profile nature of these positions.
