Hourly Rate: £13.30 - £14.20 from 1st April

About the role
We are currently looking for a Grounds Team Leader to join, supervise and work alongside your small team working on the Etihad Campus. You will keep all grounds in wonderful condition for our client, through grass cutting, strimming, hedge pruning, flower bed maintenance, spraying and other horticultural duties as required. Requirements
- Grounds Maintenance working experience
- Proven experience in Team Leader or Supervisor position within GM or a similar industry
- Ensure all tasks are completed to the required standard, with a good eye for detail and a safety conscious mindset
- The ability to be able to work independently but also as part of a wider team
- Proficient in problem solving and dealing with complex situations
- Reliable, energetic and enthusiastic with a determined, flexible and "can-do" attitude
- Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- A full valid UK driving license essential
- PA1 and PA6 licenses an advantage
